1. Shipping Territory
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: Always FREE on all orders.
No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
We work hard to ensure your order is prepared and handed over to our carriers quickly.
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
Shipping Time: 5-7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 6-9 business days from the date your order was placed.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
4. Shipping Carriers
To provide the best service, we partner with major carriers including USPS and their logistics partners. The specific carrier is chosen based on the quickest and most efficient route to your specific location.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to high seasonal volumes, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@onosite.com
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Onosite is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
