Return Policy

At Onosite, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Onosite will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item for reasons such as "changed my mind" or "no longer needed," the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

Contact us immediately at support@onosite.com.

We will offer you a free exchange (we ship a new one at our expense).

If you do not want an exchange, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the proof of purchase (Order #).

5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@onosite.com.

Please include your Order Number and photos of the item (if defective).

Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

We will reply with the Returns Authorization Form and the Correct Return Address.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved: A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
